AfterTheAct is an independent fan-community site, and we treat your privacy as a first principle: we collect only what is necessary to run the site, and nothing more.

The personal data we process is limited to your email address (to sign you in), the display name and optional avatar you choose, your activity on the site (votes, predictions, scores, and posts), and minimal technical data such as a session token to keep you logged in. If you sign in with Google, we also receive basic Google profile data needed to create your account.

We do not collect your phone number, postal address, payment details, government identifiers, or precise location. We run no third-party advertising or tracking profiles, and we never buy or sell personal data.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can access, correct, or erase your data and withdraw consent at any time. The site is intended for users aged 18 and above.
